The country with a population of 85 million people is holding both its presidential and parliamentary elections on May 14.

Erdogan's main opponent in the presidential race is Kemal Kilicdaroglu
Kilicdaroglu is running as a unity candidate representing six different parties that are all seeking to remove Erdogan from power.
His primary opponent, 74-year-old Kemal Kilicdaroglu of the center-left Republican People’s Party (CHP)
