Healthy porridge bowl !

STEP 1Tip half the raspberries and all of the orange juice in a pan. Simmer until the raspberries soften, about 5 mins. STEP 2Meanwhile stir the oats, milk and 450ml water in a pan over a low heat until creamy. Top with the raspberry compote, remaining raspberries, orange slices, banana, almond butter, goji berries and chia seeds.

Overnight Oats 

Adapt this recipe for easy overnight oats to suit your tastes .You can add dried fruits, nuts, berries.

STEP 1The night before serving, stir the cinnamon and 100ml water (or milk) into your oats with a pinch of salt. – STEP 2The next day, loosen with a little more water (or milk) if needed. Top with the yogurt, berries, a drizzle of honey and the nut butter.

STEP 1 Put the oats in a non-stick pan with 400ml water and cook over the heat, for about 4mins .STEP 2 meanwhile take oranges, slice them in half and chop! STEP 3 Pour the porridge into bowls, spoon on the yogurt then pile on the oranges and the fruit, nut and seed mixture.

STEP 1Whisk the chipotle paste with the egg and some seasoning in a jug. Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the kale and tomatoes. TEP 2 Cook until the kale is wilted and the tomatoes have softened, then push everything to the side of the pan. Pour the beaten egg into the cleared half of the pan and scramble. Layer everything into the centre of your wrap, topping with the avocado, then wrap up and enjoy!
